The Consultation Process
As someone who has struggled with their own pet's behavioural concerns in the past, I know that working with a behaviour professional can be a little daunting at times.
Rest assured, I'm here to make the process as low-stress and easy as possible for you and your cat.

Contact - Fill out the contact form located here. Try to give as much detail as possible.
Consultation options - I will respond to your message with my consultation recommendations, and offer consultation times available in the immediate future.
Booking confirmation - Once a date and time is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with links to one or more documents to be completed before our first consultation, including an invoice
Before the consultation - I will review all of your submitted materials, including questionnaire, home video tour (for virtual consultations) and medical records. If you need to reschedule your consultation, get in touch via email.
Consultation time - We will spend the allocated time 1:1 either virtually or in-home, your cat does not need to be present (unless they are so inclined) for the consultation.
Don't worry about keeping notes or remembering what we have discussed, the information will be provided in written form following the consultation.
Behaviour reports and resources - You will receive your cat's behaviour report and relevant resources within 3 working days via email. A clinical summary will be sent to your nominated Veterinary clinic as well.
Ongoing support - Depending on the chosen package, you will have support via email and/or follow-up consultation(s). If additional support is desired this can be organised via email.
